Art Show Reception ...

I was phoned by the gallery director a couple of days ago and told (in no uncertain terms) that I am expected at the reception for the current show.  Apparently I am not allowed to decline.  Although she chuckled through the conversation.  I found it all a bit surreal.  I have to go into the gallery this afternoon anyway, so I'm sure I'll discover the reason for my reception presence.
