I really don't care for working on a small scale like this. It makes me feel cramped ... restricted. I'd also like to try to loosen up a bit. To work more freely with the pigments, rather than concerning myself with the illusion of details in using heavier layers of the paint. This piece wasn't as much of a study of the scene, as it was a study in how uncomfortable I am when I work. Just more obstacles I have to overcome. Very difficult.
